GENERAL

The contents of the Fuel My Fitness box changes each month to keep you on your toes and give you that extra spark of motivation! But each month you can expect to receive a great selection of goodies such as protein balls, energy bars, healthy snacks etc. We aim to have 10-12 snacks in each box.
Click here to view the prices for each plan. You can sign up for a month-to-month, 3 month, 6 month or 12 month plan. The longer your plan the more money you save per box. Plans automatically renew, but you can cancel any time.
Signing up to get the Fuel My Fitness box is very simple. Click here to view and select your plan and then follow the instructions to checkout.
Orders close in the middle of the month - check the countdown timer at the top of the home page to see how long is left to order the next box. Our boxes are then sent out in the last week of the month, and should arrive 2-3 working days after dispatch (or a little longer for Western Australia or regional areas).
Yes! If you would like to test us out before signing up to a monthly plan, you can purchase a one off box.
If you would like to send someone a one off box as a gift, simply click here and on the checkout page make sure you select 'This is a gift'. All our ongoing plans are also available as a gift. Just click on the 'Give as Gift' button on the home page and follow the instructions. Please be aware that gift boxes purchased under a plan are dispatched at the same time as standard boxes.
We work hard each month to put together a great selection of snacks. We do all the leg work, so you don't have to! However, if you have a particular requirement (eg. vegetarian) we may be able to tailor your box accordingly. Please contact us at [email protected] with your needs. Please also carefully read the packaging on each snack in your Fuel My Fitness box to see if it is suitable for you.
We quality check all our boxes, so hopefully this is a rare occurrence. However if you’ve received a box that was either missing an item or something was open, please email us at [email protected] and we will either give you some credit, send you a replacement item (if still in stock) or include a bonus item in your next box.

SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING INFORMATION

Payment for your first box is debited on the day you sign up. After that, we will debit your account on the 2nd of the month (if this is a weekend it will be the next business day). If you have a month-to-month plan, you will be billed every month; if you have a three-month plan you will be billed upfront every three months; etc.
If you need to change your payment details, simply log in to your account page and scroll down to the box displaying your payment information. Click “Edit” to put in your new details. Please note that you will need to update your payment details at least 5 working days before your next billing date.
If you need to skip your next box, you can simply click on 'Skip Next Renewal' on your account page. Just remember that renewal payment for that month's box comes out on the 2nd. If you would like to put your boxes on hold for more than one month, please email us at [email protected] If you have decided that you need to cancel, we will be sad to see you go, but if you feel you need to, you can cancel directly from your account page once you log in. We make it simple - just a few clicks. You don’t have to call or e-mail anyone. Once you cancel, you won’t be billed anymore, although you will still get any months you prepaid for if you joined under our 3, 6 or 12 month plans. We require cancellations to be made 2 days before your next renewal payment.
All plans automatically renew until cancelled through your account page . Cancellations must be made at least 2 days before your next renewal payment. If the plan isn’t cancelled by this deadline, the plan will automatically renew for a further period. If you have a 3, 6 or 12 month plan, you can cancel at any time and will still receive all the boxes remaining on your plan.
All our plans, including the month-to-month plan, automatically renew at the end of the plan period (including those that have been given as a gift). If you would like to cancel your plan, you can do that any time online from your account page once you log in.
Yes, you will get all remaining shipments on your plan (ie. if you have paid upfront for a 6 month plan and you cancel after 4 months, you will still receive your final two boxes) and it will automatically deactivate after the last one ships out. Your plan will not automatically renew at the end of the plan period if the plan has been cancelled.
No, sorry - we don’t offer refunds or partial refunds for 3, 6 or 12 month plans that have already started. If you’re not sure that the Fuel My Fitness box is right for you, maybe try us out by signing up for a month-to-month plan initially. If you cancel in the middle of a plan, we'll continue to ship your boxes the months you’ve prepaid for. We also don’t accept returns of boxes or individual products.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our boxes are generally sent out in the last week of the month, and should arrive 2-3 working days after dispatch (or a little longer for Western Australia and regional areas). The order cut off date is the middle of the month (check the countdown timer on the homepage for the exact date), so if you order on or before the cut off date, then you should receive your box by the end of that month. But if you order after the cut off date, you will receive your box at the end of the following month. You should receive an email with your parcel's tracking number when it is dispatched so you can check on your parcel's progress.
Shipping within Australia is included in the price of the box.
Sorry - at this stage we only ship within Australia.
You can easily change your shipping address by logging in to your account page and viewing your account information. Under “Shipping Address” click “Edit” and enter your current shipping address. Please ensure that you update your address details by the 16th of the month.
Any changes to the shipping address must be made by the 16th of the month or that month’s box will be shipped to the previous address. If your box is returned to us and you request us to resend it to a new address, we may do so for a postage and packaging fee to be advised.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

As a Fuel My Fitness box subscriber, you can earn a free box if you get 3 of your friends to join too. There is no limit to the number of free boxes you can earn – you get 3 friends to join, you get a free box. Get 3 more and you get another free box. Simple as that!
You can refer friends from the ‘Thank you’ page when you have completed checkout or at any time via your Account page. In both locations, you can choose to either send emails to your friends, share via social media, or send your unique referral URL to a friend. When your friends click on your unique link and then complete a purchase, the referral will automatically be credited to you.
You can keep tabs on how many of your friends have signed up by checking the ‘Refer A Friend’ Progress Tracker on your Account page.
Nice work! Once 3 of your friends have signed up, a reward coupon for a free box will be applied to your next (upcoming) renewal.
